PunctureSafe anti puncture tyre sealant is a puncture prevention sealant like no other on the (world) market today!
During the early years when the research & development team back in Exeter, UK were developing PunctureSafe, extensive research and trials uncovered the real need for producing strong, long lasting, durable top quality puncture prevention treatment. One that could stand up to the rigours of high speed vehicles and that would be able to provide a permanent seal for the lifetime of the tyre.
During the early days there was no such product available on the market. What the research team realised was that existing sealants were only suitable for slow moving heavy goods vehicles, construction industry vehicles etc. Large wheeled, low speed vehicles generate far less heat, stress or centrifugal forces than high speed vehicles that will cause the majority of tyre sealants to break down or pull apart along with many other problems inside tyres.
The team realised after years of research and development that the most challenging part of formulating a sealant for high speed vehicles was to incorporate the ability of the sealant to cover a greater area of the the inner tyre, proportionally “with increasing speed” rather than being driven by centrifugal forces in a very narrow band down the centre of the inner tread area.
Using “chemical nanotechnology”, the research team invented a polymer gel that they trademarked “FlexxaGel™” that has an unbelievable ability to cling to rubber under all conditions, even at speeds of 155 mph (250 kph)!
Additionally, the incorporation of FlexxaGel™ to PunctureSafe puncture prevention sealant has given the tyre sealant incredible elasticity enabling it to stretch and flex at very high speeds. PunctureSafe proprietary formulation has evolved and surpassed every known tyre sealant on the market today.
